When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 10-12 business days.

 

How do I track my order? 


You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. 

 

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@bgiraudart.com.

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged or defective items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@bgiraudart.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
